Michael Stubblefield

Michael Stubblefield L.Ac., HHP began his training in martial arts, qigong, and Ashtanga yoga in 1993. This training inspired him to pursue a career in eastern bodywork. In 1998, he attended Mueller college of Holistic Studies.

In 1999, he began his study in Thai massage and working as a teacher’s assistant in his teacher’s Thai massage workshops.

In 2000, he traveled to China, where he had the opportunity to study with Dr. Xei Peiqi, an 82 year old master of Yin Style Bagua bodywork system.

Then in 2004, in order to further his knowledge, Michael traveled to Thailand where he advanced his studies in Traditional Thai Massage. He studied at Wat Pho in Bangkok and then traveled north to Chiang Mai to study at the Old Medicine Hospital.

In 2005, Michael started his course work at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine where he later received a Master of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.

He currently treats patients in his private practice and teaches Thai massage workshops in North County. He continues to study and refine his skills with teachers from around the world.

Ivy Stubblefield

Ivy Stubblefield, L.Ac.: Born and raised in Thailand, she grew up with Traditional Thai Massage and herbal medicine as part of her culture. She is a Licensed Acupuncturist by the state of California and received Master of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine.
She currently treats patients in her private practice. She also assists Michael in the Thai Massage workshops.
